Nancy Daudelin Peskett, BSW, BEd, was born, raised, and went to school in Quebec, Canada graduating with a BSW from University of Sherbrooke in 1988. Disappointed with the social work system, she decided to take her life in a new direction. On a whim, she applied for a position at CN Rail, and stayed as a railway conductor for 19 years, even though the industry at that time was very sexist, and not family friendly. Feeling she was missing being there for her three sons, Nancy took the opportunity to change careers and studied part time to become a teacher. Receiving a BEd from University of Ottawa in 2010, she became an elementary school teacher. She loved the connection with the students, always trying to find better strategies to help them learn and improve their confidence. After 10 years of struggling with the administrative and planning, while trying to prioritize work related to the teaching profession, she felt like a failure, subsequently suffering a major burnout.

During her treatment for the burnout, Nancy was diagnosed with ADHD, at 55. Needing to learn as much as she could about it, she started seeing an ADHD Coach and taking medications. She was hoping to be able to return to her career as a teacher. She didn’t want to give up, but going back proved to be too much, and she retired. She vowed to help others in the same situation as she had been; of feeling not good enough, broken, hopeless. In 2020, Nancy embarked in the ADD Coach Academy program to become a coach, and start to make a difference. She had to push the pause button on starting her business in January 2021 to take care of her mother as she was battling cancer.

She has always been passionate about empowering women to have the life they desire. She truly believes that they can accomplish anything they decide to do, as they are strong, determined, and resilient. So, while she was at her mother’s side, she decided to continue her growth as a coach with Feminine Power Coaching Certification.  Nancy’s mother passed away in Feb 2022, so she is now ready to listen to her passion to help others and start her coaching.

Nancy can truly understand and help her clients struggling with everyday life with ADHD, as she battles the same challenges that they do. She believes deeply that everybody can succeed, and is passionate about helping women overcome barriers and obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential. She uses her knowledge gained from her training in social work, teaching, ADHD, and  feminine power Coaching programs to create a safe space for her clients to reach for their goals. She is deeply committed to helping her clients overcome their ADHD challenges and reach their goals, and live the lives they desire.
